Please note that these rates are subject to change without notice, and that they are for informational purposes only.  NWC is not responsible for maintaining the accuracy or timeliness of any of these rates, except in States where we have a contract to do so.

Note that some states like New Jersey have a state-wide minimum rate.  In these States, you must pay or be paid the higher of the Federal or State rate, including the value of fringe benefits.
