To be compliant with all State and Federal Regulations, we perform the following tasks for the Contractors/Subcontractors:

• Check with the State Corporation Commission or other similar state agencies to confirm the contractor's company is in good standing
• Check the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) which includes information regarding entities debarred, suspended, etc.
• Confirm contractor licenses and registration with State agencies
• Verify all relevant certification (Building Performance Institute, OSHA, etc.)
• Verify of current prevailing wage rates
• Confirm Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Support Agency Agreements
• Collect all information necessary for processing Certified Payrolls
• Support Davis-Bacon Act compliance including weekly reporting with an electronic signature
