Steven Cote with Van Jones of the White House.  Mr. Jones was a special advisor to President Obama for Green Jobs.

NWC sent 3 people to the Indianapolis Conference.  We attended every presentation about Davis-Bacon Act compliance. We met with Shirley Ebbesen and Timothy Helm and talked with Christopher Kenfick of the Office of Inspector General.  After the Indianapolis Conference ended we went directly to Arlington VA and attended the Department of Labor conference presented by Timothy Helm and we met with Mr. Helm after his presentation.  During the Indianapolis conference we also met with Subgrantees so that we would thoroughly understand the challenges they face daily.
