Download the NJ Weatherization Bulletin 501A Instructions, Responsible Contractor Certification, and the Schedule of Current Employees. Read and sign the Certification Form.

Fax or email a copy of your New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor's License and visit our Insurance Information for Contractors page.  You will need to obtain email or fax proof of insurance to us.

After you have registered you may log in at any time to view to print prior weekly reports or make changes to your account.  If you have performed weatherizations during a month, we will mail a CD to you monthly for permanent record keeping. You may also save reports to your local computer from our website when you are logged in.  We thank you for your business and look forward to serving you.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

To be compliant with all State and Federal Regulations, we perform the following tasks for the Contractors/Subcontractors:

  • Check with the State Corporation Commission or other similar state agencies to confirm your good standing
  • Confirm that you are not on the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) which includes information regarding entities debarred, suspended, etc.
  • Confirm your contractor licenses and registration with State agencies
  • Verify all your relevant certification (Building Performance Institute, OSHA, etc.)
  • Provide you with current prevailing wage rates
  • Confirm your Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Provide you with Agency Agreements
  • Help you collect information necessary for processing Certified Payrolls
  • Support you with Davis-Bacon Act compliance including weekly reporting with the ease of an electronic signature
  • Provide electronic and physical backup for permanent records
  • Accept data from payroll services such as Paychex, ADP and Intuit, no dual data entry
