NWC is preparing for the passage of the Home Star Retrofit Act of 2010. This bill may provide
approximately $6 billion of incentives to weatherize American homes and create jobs. The
NWC ‘rebate aggregator’ web-application, including training and education is in full development. NWC
plans to provide certification of contractors and to audit the work results. All improvements in energy
savings will be documented by a whole-home simulation software program. NWC technology uses strategic 2D/3D design
technologies, Google applications and Android hardware.

NWC announces the launch of Electronic Online Access to Certified Payroll
Reports for New Jersey. The web application enables subgrantees and contractors
to produce, submit and disseminate weekly payroll reports. The paperless web
based electronic payroll reporting system saves considerable time and effort.
